RE-BLOG IF YOU WISH TO BE PART OF ‘BINGE-FREE’ APRIL, 2012.
THE RULES?
SO I started eating healthier, eating less, and exercising in late October, and I lost a lot of weight really quickly. I went from about 170 being the highest to 168 which was my “Start weight” and I got down to 150 in about 6 weeks. Once I lost that 20 pounds I started to exercise vigorously, and I’ve continued to do so ever since. I’ve maintained that weight for the most part going up a few pounds once and a while and I’ve seen a huge difference in my body. The problem is now I can’t seem to get under 150. I really want to be 140-145 but the time I got to Italy in late may but I can’t seem to shed the pounds. Help =(

Ran 10 miles today without stopping. Farthest i’ve ever ran ever… so happy and so tired :)
5 binge free days! I know it’s not much, but it’s a start :) I’ve have plenty of opportunities to binge but I was able to stay strong and I’m proud of myself.
